Function Room

Housed in a beautiful old Georgian building, the function room at Berties was previously the dining room of the residential property number 78 The Hundred. It has a large bay window and an original Adams fireplace and can seat 40 at dinner on 4 large tables.

The room is often booked by local companies and schools for small private meetings and seminars where we offer excellent packages from breakfast meetings to full daily delegate rate including accommodation. Berties is also able to offer a wireless internet zone.

Alternatively the room is ideal for private dinner parties. We have hosted many weddings, christenings and celebrations of all types where a comfortable venue, good service and excellent food are the ingredients required.

Guests may also stay in one of our comfortable letting rooms above.

The new conservatory area is also able to be booked for parties up to 40 or can be booked in conjunction with the main room at number 70 for larger parties.
